“Wallpaper #4” describes the fourth edition of a project from the evn collection. Artists design wallpapers that are temporarily installed in the Lower Austrian headquarters of EVN and combined with works from the evn collection. The wallpapers by Gottfried Bechtold, Bar du Bois, Chto Delat, Rosa Rendl, Marianna Simnett, Elisabeth Tambwe and Maja Vukoje were created in 2020 and offer works from the collection by Charlie Billingham, Markus Geiger, Suboth Gupta, Little Warsaw, Alois Mosbacher, or Elaine Reichek among others—a refreshing combination of contemporary art in everyday company life. The rooms photographed by Lisa Rastl convey an atmosphere that makes everyday office life vibrate in a post-war modern building.
