Personal data

When you place an order with our web shop the following data is collected: name, postal address (street, building number, zip code, city, state/country), e-mail address, telephone number. In the process your IP address (your computer’s Internet address) is also logged. The logged data you provide are treated confidentially – they are used for the sending of the product bought and stored in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection and Telecommunications Acts.

Passing on of your personal data

Your data are only shared with third parties involved in the processing of your order.

If the order is handled through our Logistik Partner necessary order informations like product, name, address is passed to LKG Leipziger Kommissions- und Großhandelsgesellschaft mbH (LKG). Payment data for processing of the payment is passend to the relevant credit institute (Visa, Mastercard) and payment gateway (Paypal, Stripe). Personal client data are not passed on to any other third parties.

Newsletter / Mailchimp

By making a purchase or separately subscribing to our Newsletter via our website you agree to our using your e-mail address to inform you on as regular basis about new Verlag für moderne Kunst publications, products, and activities. Your email address and any other information you can provide are passed on to MailChimp – an online marketing platform of The Rocket Science Group LLC based in Georgia, USA, where they are stored and processed in line with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time, either by e-mail to us at newsletter@vfmk.org (processing time approx. 1–3 work days) or by the unsubscribe link that appears in every newsletter.
