About the product

What is nature? How do we perceive it? How do we appropriate it, how do we shape it? In her work, Anita Zumbühl investigates the relationship between human beings, nature and culture. To this end, she uses "objets trouvé"s such as crystals, branches or mosses plus materials from the domestic sphere such as cotton wool, wool and fabric. Internal and external landscapes converge and enter into dialogue. The artist measures herself on the human scale, both physically and psychologically, by sounding out emotions and using performances – among others with Salon Liz – to investigate human longings and anxieties.
